Machine Workout

One of the most popular methods for working out is some form of machine workout. For some reason humans enjoy working out when they are interfaced with some form of machine.

There are many different types of equipment to take advantage of in order to get a machine workout. Row machines, elliptical machines, treadmills, stationary bikes, bicycles, roller blades, resistance machines, cable machines and abs machines just to name a few.
